If you are seeing transactions on your Aged report that you are not expecting, please check the allocation history of those transactions. If they are currently outstanding but have previously been allocated then they would potentially appear within the report.
The As at date reports base some of their criteria on the period in which the transaction was posted, and so may include transactions outside of the date range entered. Since Access Financials is a period driven application, we recommend that you use the As at period reports in preference to the date ones.
