Approve or Unapprove options not appearing in Suggested Payments

The Approve and Unapprove buttons appear only when Purchase Ledger Options are set to One or Two Stage Approval. Enable this:

  1. Click System, then click Options, then click Purchase Ledger Options.

  2. Click the Type dropdown under the Remittances heading and select One Stage Approval or Two Stage Approval.

  3. Click Save.
