This error is caused by duplicate default codes for the currency, where one analysis code or nominal code has been selected for more than one default. Follow the steps below to correct it.
Click System, then click Currencies, then select the currency.
Click the Defaults tab, then click Edit.
Amend the currency defaults so that each field is unique, then click Save.
