If you are using the stand alone journal template and have recently received/applied new AOI Unlocks and you get a prompt to upgrade the Journal Template, this indicates that the AOI unlocks have the in-built journal templates switched on.
If you have access to the unlock e-mail from our Despatch, you can reply to that requesting AOI unlocks without the Journal Uploaders switched on
