When AOI admin is launched, if following .NET Framework error is thrown
Error:

'Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
Index was outside the bounds of the array.'
Then this error could have 2 cause factors:
AOI is not installed in the correct manner. To ensure AOI is installed correctly you need to install AOI. Further to this, you would need to ensure that the machine has .NET Framework to be version 4.6.2 or later, as well as having the previous versions installed.
If AOI has been installed and setup in the correct manner, then the issue may be caused by the licence file given by despatch, then please contact us for a new one.
