In you are having the error ‘The PivotTable field name is not valid’ when refreshing an Access Analytics sheet then try renaming the sheet that contains the PivotTable, so that it has no spaces in the name of the sheet.
If the associated data sheet is also displayed/visible in the workbook, usually prefixed “ACCDIMAA_DATA_...” then you will also need to remove spaces from this sheet as well.
The end portion of the data sheet name should match the name of the pivot table sheet. E.g. If your sheet that contains the PivotTable is called “MyAccountsPivot”, then the data sheet should be called “ACCDIMAA_DATA_MyAccountsPivot”.
You could also try replacing any spaces with an underscore.
