15 January 2026 Next Generation screen and maintenance release

What's new?

This update delivers important improvements to enhance the stability and performance of the system. While there are no new features included, these updates address key issues to provide you with a more seamless experience.

To access your Digital Assistant, just click on Assistant icon in the bottom right-hand side corner of your screen, then click Ask a question and select the module you wish to learn about.

How this version will be made available

This release will be automatically rolled out to all customers at approximately 6pm, on Thursday, 15th of January 2026.

Summary: Fixed an issue where our users received a "Code is already in use" error message when attempting to create a new analysis code, even when the code did not exist in the system.

Summary: Fixed an issue where Access Digital Tax displayed blank or zero figures when refreshing data after using the New Return function in Financials. When Access Digital Tax is configured for a Financials instance, you are now prevented from creating VAT returns directly in Financials and will receive a message directing you to use Access Digital Tax instead.

Summary: Fixed an issue where our users received the error "Please ensure that all transactions are for single subledger" when attempting to save a List Reference on transactions from the same subledger in Suggested Payments. You can now successfully save List References on individual transactions without needing to re-select previously approved transactions.
