This is usually caused by Chrome's Zoom feature, this can be resolved by adjusting your Browser settings. You will need to change the Zoom level to 100%. Consult your browser's help documentation for assistance with this.
This can also be caused by your Windows Text size setting being 150%, especially on smaller monitors/laptop screens. if this is the case, zoom out to around 60% or further until you are able to adjust column sizes. If you are unsure of where to check this, contact your IT team about how to change this setting.
