Delete a Sales Order

If an order has been delivered or invoiced it will not be possible to delete it. If the order is unprocessed, follow the steps below:

  1. Selling

  2. Enquiries

  3. Outstanding Orders

  4. From this window you can then find your Order

  5. If your Order Number is in the list left mouse click on the order this shows a pop up box

  6. This will have the option to Delete order (only if the order has not been delivered or invoiced).
