Bank accounts where the currency stated it was USD and the nominal for the bank account if it didn't finish with 'USD' at the end this will be the issue.
You need to merge the USD bank account with another bank nominal, create the USD bank account again - this time ensuring that the nominal was created with the right foreign currency properties.
This appears to be the issue with EUR and GBP also.
