Assets - Error - 'Unable to process depreciations, as the Next Posting Period...' when depreciating assets

To resolve this error, make sure that the Open Nominal period is the period that you are trying to post depreciation for.

You can check the next posting period on the asset/s compared to the Current period within system/system options.

You may need to do a period soft close or period end to get to where you need to be.
